About Commissions

  • I usually announce when commission slots are open on my Twitter account. You can then contact me via Twitter DM, or via email at [email protected]. We can then move to Discord if it’s more convenient for you!

  • The usual process is as follows: after discussing the details of the commission with you, the price will be determined and I will show you a quick sketch.

  • After payment is completed (via Paypal in USD or EUR), I will update you on everything related to your commission. Once the artwork is completed, I will give you the high resolution PNG /PSD file. If I ever post it online, I will post it in a lower resolution, with watermark, and of course with proper credit to you!

  • For works aimed for commercial use, there is an additional fee of at least 30% of the base price. However, this fee is already included within the Vtuber model and character sheet base price!

  • I may livestream the process. If you'd like me to keep it secret, please tell me in advance, but be aware there will be an extra 25% fee!

  • By commissioning me, it will me considered that you already read and agreed to my terms of service!

Terms of SERVICE

  • When commissions are open, I reserve the right to chose wether I accept the order or not. It is not first come first served, and if you didn’t get a commission slot one time, you can always try next time!

  • Commission payment must be completed after the sketch is done and agreed upon.

  • There is no refund possible after the commission has started. In case I am unable to complete the commission, or an unexpected event happened, full refund will be given.

  • Payments are to be made via Paypal in USD or EUR.

  • If the client’s order is extremely complex or detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will of course be stated before the payment!

  • I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can, but keep in mind I usually have other pieces in the work in the meantime.

  • I will always give you updates on your commission, and inform you if something comes up or if there is any delay with the art!

  • An additional rush fee of 50% of the total price might be added if the client desires the commissioned work to be done in priority within the 30 days following the first sketch.

  • I may livestream the process of commissioned works such as illustrations, characters and Vtuber designs. If you’d like me to keep it secret, an additional fee of 25% will be added.

  • I don’t mind making some revisions during the process. However, in case the client asks for so many revisions that the process is slowed down considerably, I have the right to ask for additional fees.

  • Feel free to ask for WIP as well!

  • Once the commissioned artwork is completed, small fixes do not require extra fee. However, biggger revision requests will require an additional fee.

  • Client must not edit, trace, modify or claim the finished work as their own.

  • I own the artwork. I may post the finished art on social media, but will always credit you properly of course!

  • Work for commercial use will be charged with an additional fee of at least 30% of the base price. This commercial use fee is already included in character design and Vtuber models’ base prices.
